The Eashoa Lord fulfilled Zechariah 3 at the time of the Early Assembly in the Apostolic Age (1st century).
Zechariah operated in the Zerubbabel Temple era around 520 – 519 BC, working with fellow Prophet Haggai. He received a vision in a series of 6 that foretold the future of the nation of Israel to the First and Second Comings of the Moshiach. The last chapter of Zechariah offers details to the touchdown of יהוה by His feet on the Mount of Olives and face a nuclear explosion on the earth. It is the epic of prophecies!
But before that Second Coming, the First Coming would be in order. He came already. And in this prophecy in Chapter 3, a Branch will be raised up!
6 And the angel of the LORD protested unto Yehosha (High Priest post exilic Jerusalem), saying,
7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts;
If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.
8 Hear now, O Yehosha, the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant 🚩the BRANCH.
9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Yehosha; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
10 In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.
The early posse, the disciples that followed the commands of Eashoa were the early messianic believers. Upon the destruction of the Herod’s Temple in 70 AD, they were ridiculed among Jewish communities as a sect of Judaism.
In Acts 9:2 as “the Way” became known as Netzarim (Hebrew the Branch)
“And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.”
King James Version (KJV)
Today we are the disciples of the Branch.
We live in the days of prophecy.
– Revelation 19
” For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. “
