Upon seeing a vision of the Lord in the Second Coming, John noticed that his tunic was stained with blood. Many commentaries are divided on their interpretation based upon one thing. Does not make interpretation of New Testament prophecies with the godly counsel of the Old Testament prophecies? I have seen many fall on this sword. When you call it a commentary let it be a commentary of the Word of God. When it is a speculation, call it an opinion. It is OK.
Isaiah 63 lists the future prophecies after the Messiah has trodden the wine press.
The text toward the end of the Scroll of Isaiah pertains to the Millennial Reign on earth as well as the preceding Second Coming.

The Last 1,000 years of the present earth shall fulfill the SEVENTH “DAY” Shabbat rest for all the earth. Messiah rules! We shall read up on the beginning in Genesis, the interpretation of the seven days by Peter and the days of fulfillment in Isaiah 63.
Genesis 2:3 God blessed the seventh day, and made it holy, because he rested in it from all his work which he had created and made.
2 Peter 3:8 But don’t forget this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
1 Who is this who comes from Edom,
in crimsoned garments from Bozrah,
he who is splendid in his apparel,
marching in the greatness of his strength?
“It is I, speaking in righteousness,
mighty to save.”
2 Why is your apparel red,
and your garments like his who treads in the winepress?
3 “I have trodden the winepress alone,
and from the peoples no one was with me;
I trod them in my anger
and trampled them in my wrath;
their lifeblood[a] spattered on my garments,
and stained all my apparel.
4 For the day of vengeance was in my heart,
and my year of redemption[b] had come.
5 I looked, but there was no one to help;
I was appalled, but there was no one to uphold;
so my own arm brought me salvation,
and my wrath upheld me.
6 I trampled down the peoples in my anger;
I made them drunk in my wrath,
and I poured out their lifeblood on the earth.”
A confirmation of the final 7th day rest.
Isaiah 63:14 As the cattle that go down into the valley, the Spirit of Yahweh caused them to rest; so did you lead your people, to make yourself a glorious name.
“Cattle”? That refers to the followers of Jesus. The sheep of the Shepherd.
He will cause His disciples to take the rest in the last 1,000 years in resurrection bodies.
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.
